Unless otherwise negotiated or contracted by your insurance carrier, my fees are:
- Initial Assessment (60-75 min) $185
- Individual Session (55 min) $165
- Individual Session (85 min) $225
- Couples/Family Session $185
- Group Session (80 min) $75
- Crisis appointment $250
- Half-day Intensives (2 & ½ hours) $375
*No Show or Late Cancellation Fee (less than 24-hour notice) $70
I offer payment through cash, check, and credit cards.
Consultation (only) services can also be paid via Venmo.
Insurances
Right now I am in-network with several of the major insurances including:
Cigna, BCBS, Humana, and Medicare health plans. I also utilize Headway to be an in-network provider with Aetna, Oscar, and United plans.
If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance, I may still be able to provide services to you as an out of network (OON) provider. Even with OON health plans, I am willing to file for insurance reimbursement should you request, but keep in mind that the insurance company will pay only the rate based on your plan.
