Crisis appointment $200

Angie offers payment through cash, check, and credit cards.
Angie Heath right now is in-network with:
Cigna, BCBS, Humana, and Medicare health plans.
If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance, you will likely have out of network (OON) financial obligations. Even with OON health plans, I am willing to file for insurance reimbursement should you request.
